Bill Fowle
has been a photographer since 1975. He started Fowle Foto in Kitimat, BC while still in high school. He has a knack for putting people at ease and getting them to be themselves in front of the camera. Bill trained at Ryerson in Toronto as well as numerous courses and seminars. He teaches photography and lectures. |

Julie Boivin
brings almost 20 years of customer service and lab experience to our family. Julie handles the phones, customer service, does our scheduling and she still finds time to run our lab. Julie also knows her way around a camera and often is our 2nd photographer. |

Tracy Hill
Bill’s partner (also an excellent photographer) takes care of the accounting and office management. Tracy can be found behind the camera, assisting Bill and helping out onsite. |
