When I Grow Up! Childrens Photography

I Remember...

...how much fun I had when I wanted to be a fireman. I dressed up in my rubber boots and rain coat (I was lucky, I had a yellow one), and got soaking wet putting out pretend fires with the hose.

Or when I wanted to be a RCMP Constable. I put on my red hoodie, arrested my friends and put them in jail the shed.

I am sure that these are some of the fondest childhood memories for most of us. The photos my parents took then were always the best, relaxed and full of joy as I acted out my dreams.

When I grow Up! children's photography program does just that. Lets them play, dressed as what they want to be when they grow up, while our photographer records the fun. The kids have a great time and it shows in the portraits.

Most of our costumes are not costumes at all, but real uniforms that would fit a small adult. Because they are real, the kids have even more fun, experiencing what it really feels like. It is very cute to see a child in an adults uniform where there is room for them to grow into it. Hence the name When I grow Up!

We have many costumes: Firefighter, RCMP Constable, Race Car Driver, Cowboy or Sheriff, Movie Star, Soldier, Doctor/Nurse/Veterinarian, Rock Star and Ballerina costumes to choose from.

Or you can bring your own. If you want to bring your team uniform, your musical instrument or items from you favorite hobby, we will do our best to accommodate you.

We welcome kids of all ages, but we find that the program works best with children who can sit up by themselves through the elementary school ages.
